- Fill a bottle or tall glass with water
- Place straw in the water. Do not touch the bottom of the glass – leave 2cm space from the bottom of the straw to the bottom of the glass.
- Place mouth over straw and simply blow gently into the straw.
The goal is to create a steady stream of bubbles. A constant balance of air & water.
The stream should flow consistently (not big bubbles changing tension!).
Remember, a small and relaxed breath to start!
